Israel Defence Minister Proposes Relocation of Gaza Palestinians to Rafah Camp
Human rights organizations have condemned Israel's defence minister for outlining a plan to confine Palestinians to a designated area in southern Gaza, specifically the Rafah camp.

Israel Katz said he'd asked the army to prepare a plan for what he called a “humanitarian city” near Rafah that would eventually house the Strip's entire population.
One human rights lawyer told this programme the plan amounted to the “most basic violation of international law” .
