How to Make the Perfect Wisconsin Old Fashioned 🥃

Let's make a Wisconsin Old Fashioned, the drink that created a debate about how an old fashioned is made. They are two different drinks, that have similar roots. This one has brandy, muddled oranges, and cherry. It's a glass full of ice, and topped with sparkling water, and sometimes 7up.
Recipe:
1 orange slice
2 fancy cocktail cherries
1/2 ounce (15 ml) simple syrup
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 ounces (60 ml) sweet brandy
Combine the orange, cherries, simple, and the bitters in a cocktail tin. Muddle the orange and cherries. Add the brandy, some ice, and shake briefly. Double strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass. Garnish with another orange slice and a cherry. Cheers!
