How to make a Brandy Old Fashioned. The Brandy Old Fashioned is the unofficial cocktail of Wisconsin. It’s an interesting take on the classic Old Fashioned with the addition of muddled fruit & soda.

INGREDIENTS
- 60mL Brandy
- 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Sugar Cube
- Orange
- Maraschino Cherry

HOW TO
1. Place the sugar cube into a double old fashioned glass
2. Soak the cube with two dashes of bitters
3. Muddle the sugar
4. Add a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry
5. Gently muddle again (see video below)
6. Half fill your glass with ice
7. Stir for 20-25 seconds before topping with ice
8. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry
