I stumbled into a green screen workflow using Midjourney that makes your background actually match your lighting and shot style — instead of picking a background, and spending hours tweaking your lighting to match.

In this video, I walk through how I:
• Pull a frame from my footage
• Use that to guide AI background generation
• Clean up the background to sit behind my keyed footage
• Use Midjourney editor to match my setup

It’s not flawless — but it’s fast, weirdly effective, and kind of fun.
