High-Speed Audi Runs Amok in Jaipur | 16 Injured as Car Smashes Into Crowded Street

A high-speed Audi car went out of control in Jaipur’s Patrakar Colony, injuring 16 people after ploughing into roadside stalls late Friday night. The vehicle hit a divider, overturned carts and stalls for nearly 30 metres, and even flipped a parked car.

Police suspect the driver may have been under the influence of alcohol. The injured were rushed to SMS and Jaipuria hospitals, while authorities have seized the vehicle and launched a detailed investigation.

Eyewitnesses say the situation could have turned far deadlier if people had not fled in time.
