i just released the demo for my game Megabonk on the Steam Next Fest, and a lot of people played the demo of the game and started making funny builds that completely break my game. but now release date is coming up and i ran into a new problem with Silksong, the most wishlisted game on Steam... So I had to delay my game 2 weeks because releasing on the same day as Silksong is a very bad idea lol. This gave me time to work on more stuff for my game. So we are creating a really difficuly Boss Fight, a bunch of reskins for the characters, a ton of achievements and a lot more content for my game megabonk! And once I was done with most of it i rolled it out to some playtesters, but they instantly found ways to break my game again...
This is the progress of my game, Megabonk! I've spent 4-5 months developing it so far, and it has gone from beans to uuh less beans i guess. My game is sort of a mix between Vampire Survivors, Risk of Rain 2, and other roguelikes. There are randomly generated maps, and a bunch of different enemies and unlockable content. I'm making it in the Unity game engine. You should definitely wishlist Megabonk on Steam.
