Hazbin Hotel Season 2 Theory: Why Is Lilith Still in Heaven? 👀

Did you notice this in hazbin hotel?

During season 2 episode 2 we found out that lilith is still somewhere in heaven, working with lute. There’s a couple interesting details during this scene. Let me explain.

So as we all saw lilith is still in heaven by herself. She’s been ignoring lucifer and charlie’s messages for the past 7 years.

Like with season 1 however, there’s something off about lilith here.

Her face is obscured. There’s a bunch of apple slices on her table. She’s wearing the same necklace from the end of season 1, not her signature pearl necklace.

Her phone cover has a tree on it.

And lastly the framing of the scene is likely a reference to when alastor was eating in his swamp. Even the way they sit is similar.

All of this together adds to the theory that this isn’t the real lilith. It’s probably eve or roo in disguise. All of the fruit and tree imagery ties in with those two.

There’s a clear disconnect between the way lilith is described to us by charlie and lucifer compared to the way she’s shown in these scenes. They’re setting up a big reveal in season 3 or 4 when lilith finally arrives again in hell.
