Perry Calls for NATO Tension-Relief Commission 🇩🇪

US Defence Secretary William Perry urged NATO on Sunday (5/2) to
set up a commission to ease tensions between the Western alliance
and Russia as NATO expands eastwards. Perry, speaking in Munich,
where he is attending a meeting of the North Atlantic Treaty
Organisation, said it would be useful to form a joint consultative
commission, through which NATO and Russia could share information.
