About this video

Ford Motor issued recalls covering more than 800,000 vehicles in the U.S. after the NHTSA flagged three separate issues, according to Benzinga. Nearly 500,000 Lincoln MKX from 2016 to 2018 and Ford Edge SUVs 2015 to 2018 were recalled for potential brake fluid leaks. More than 213,000 2025 Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator SUVs face faulty trailer taillight functions due to a defective body control module. Another 100,900 Ford Explorer units from 2024 to 2026 were recalled over a side curtain airbag defect. Ford’s growing recall list this year includes over 103,000 F-150 trucks for rear axle issues, 850,000 vehicles for faulty fuel pumps, and 197,000 Mustang Mach Es for rear door lock defects.
