This video is dedicated to Investing for beginners a beginners mindset and psychology before he/she decides to plunge into the Stock Market.
There are numerous other things to consider other than just just finance numbers and statistics.
In this video i have tried to explain the same.

According to the Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH), the prices of investment assets, such as stocks, already take into account all available information regarding such securities.
If that is true, no amount of analysis can help in the market.

We also discussed about efficient market hypothesis and Investing Strategies.
Those who go by the hypothesis, even if it be the weakest form they often invest in Index fund or ETF's.
They are safe, they don't attempt to beat the market. The simple goal is to match the market.

Some however will try to beat the market, they believe that there is a faint opportunity of the price movement that can be predicted.
For them the short term strategy works. They study the short term movements and patterns of the market or of a security.
A day trader will very comfortably reject the Hypothesis, as for him, this doesn't help him in his short term trading strategy.

The bottom line is - it's a Hypothesis which is upto you to believe or not to believe.
If you think you cannot predict the market movements, most likely you are to support EMH.
If you can predict, like the day traders - they are most likely to reject the idea of EMH.

We also discussed about the 3 forms of efficient market hypothesis
A Weak EMH, A semi-strong EMH and a Strong EMH.
The fundamental Analysis cannot provide a long term advantage under weak hypothesis.
For a semi-strong hypothesis the information feeds into it.
For a strong hypothesis, all the available information is already taken into consideration into the price of the security.
