दिल्ली-एनसीआर में आज बादल, धुंध और प्रदूषण का ट्रिपल अटैक रहेगा। हवा की रफ्तार घटकर 10 किमी प्रति घंटा होने से प्रदूषण बढ़ेगा। AQI 300 से ऊपर रहेगा। अधिकतम तापमान 27-29°C और न्यूनतम 17-21°C रहेगा। मौसम 4 नवंबर तक ऐसा ही रहने की संभावना है।
