Delhi Govt Orders 50% Work From Home Amid Severe Pollution 🌫️

As Delhi's air quality remains in the 'very poor' and 'severe' categories, the Delhi government has issued an advisory for private offices to implement a 50% work-from-home policy under Stage 3 of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP). The measure is aimed at reducing vehicular movement to control the concentration of particulate matter in the national capital's air. According to the report, 'this particular advisory is essentially asking the private officers to ask its employees, 50% of the employees to physically come to the office while other 50% to be contributing to work from home mode.' Government offices are already operating with staggered timings to help mitigate the pollution crisis.
