omg i was so excited for COCONUT in this recipe because yes i am a coconut lover 🤧 i lowkey didn't know how much to pulse the coconut in the blender so i just took my best guess 😅 not too fine but not too coarse i guess?

y'all when i was melting the butter with the golden syrup it smelled so good! kind of reminds me of a very deep brown butter with sweetness too it was absolutely lovely 🥹
