Recipe – Cake Mix Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
* 1 box white or yellow cake mix
* 2½ cups flour
* 2¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)
* 1 cup warm milk
* ¼ cup melted butter
* 1 egg
Filling
* ½ cup softened butter
* ½ cup brown sugar
* 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix cake mix, flour, and yeast.
3. Add warm milk, melted butter, egg.
4. Knead 3–4 minutes.
5. Roll into rectangle.
6. Spread filling.
7. Roll, slice, place in greased pan.
8. Let rise 20–30 minutes.
9. Bake 18–22 minutes.
Optional glaze:Powdered sugar + splash milk + vanilla.
