Bruce Lehrmann Allowed to Proceed with Defamation Case Appeal by Federal Court

Bruce Lehrmann has cleared a major hurdle in his efforts to appeal against the result of his failed defamation case. The Federal Court has dismissed a bid from Network Ten, which would have required Mr Lehrmann to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars as a security before any appeal is heard.
