ICC Issues Arrest Warrant for Putin 🚨

Republican Strategist John Jordan says the International Criminal Court's decision to issue an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin is a "big and public step".

“Whether or not he actually faces justice is one question, but this is going to have an effect throughout Russia,” he told Sky News Australia.

“It’s a big step that basically means Putin can never leave the country”.
