The morning sure starts with a bang. After Bill gave his rose to Alex at last night's Rose Ceremony, Flo is furious, especially after how Bill behaved on their date. Flo is leaving nothing left unsaid, accusing Bill of wanting to spend the night together. Bill is denying everything, claiming Flo is simply malicious, jealous and lashing out because she didn't get a rose.

The fight deepens when Zoe reveals to Alex that she has heard through the Paradise grapevine that Bill wanted to keep Flo around so he could explore both connections. Alex is very much invested in Bill and this sends her into a spin, confronting Bill demanding answers and wanting to leave Paradise for good.

A date card arrives forcing Bill and Alex to hash out their issues. After a tense car ride and an intimate chat on the beach, Bill pulls out all the stops and reveals that he can see a future with Alex outside of Paradise. This is the reassurance Alex has been looking for so decides to continue on this journey with Bill… but with her guard up.

After dealing with the Bill disappointment, Flo is desperate for some new faces, but the arrival of Caroline from the US is not the welcome distraction she had in mind. Caroline strides in with a date card and decides she has the most chemistry with Richie. Cass is not happy, especially after being so close to her first kiss with this former Bachelor that very morning.

Caroline is quite taken with Richie, but after some splashing around on their date, Richie returns with only eyes for Cass. It's frustrating for Caroline, but she can quickly see there are plenty more Aussie fish in the Paradise sea.

After just a few days together, Tenille is starting to feel suffocated by Ivan. Ivan's jealousy starts to increase when he notices Tenille spending more time with Nathan and US Alex. Tenille warns him to cool the jets and "rein it in" but she's unsure if Ivan is picking up what she's putting down.

Ivan isn't the only one obsessing over Tenille. Jules has unraveled since her arrival and he continues to question his relationship with Alisha. Jules spends the day trying to string a coherent sentence together to explain his feelings to Alisha, but her confusion only increases.

It's not until Tenille says to Jules he should explore all opportunities in Paradise he finally makes the choice to follow Tenille. Alisha is left inconsolable and walks to her room in tears.
