The New Jerusalem is Brasilia, and the preacher Inri is its prophet. This, at least, is the creed of a bearded, robe-wearing, unflappable man who says he is Christ. He has been mocked for his views, been arrested and even expelled from a few countries, but that hasn't kept Inri and a band of faithful disciples from getting his message out, using new media tools like Facebook, video and even Twitter.
