Affordable Family Meal: Chicken Enchilada Sheet Pan Quesadilla for Under $15

⭐️Ingredients:

• 1 Rotisserie Chicken
• 1 Block of Cream Cheese
• 1 Can of Black Beans (optional)
• 1 Large can of Enchilada Sauce
• 8 Large Tortillas (should be one pack)
• Cheddar Cheese

⭐️Directions:

Shred rotisserie chicken, mix in cream cheese, beans, and enchilada sauce.

Spray a large sheet pan then arrange tortillas as shown, place cheese on bottom, pour in mixture, then go in with another layer of cheese on top.

Fold until closed, spray again, then place another sheet pan on top.

Bake at 400 for 25 minutes! (We went in for another 5-10 minutes uncovered to give it that crunch).
