今天（19日）受東北季風及風神颱風外圍環流影響，迎風面清晨開始降雨，中南部則有局部降雨。中央氣象署統計，今天截至下午3時累積雨量，前三名是宜蘭頭城、新北雙溪、台北士林，皆破百毫米。氣象署預報員張承傳表示，今天凌晨0時到下午3時，桃園以北、宜花東及恆春半島雨勢明顯；下午3時之後，東半部外海持續有對流雲
