The Mallikarjuna Swamy Jatara, a famous pilgrimage site in the state, has begun. As it was the first Sunday after Sankranti, a large number of devotees flocked there.
రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రిసిద్ధ పుణ్యక్షేత్రం కొమురవెల్లి మల్లికార్జున స్వామి జాతర ప్రారంభమైంది. సంక్రాంతి తర్వాత వచ్చిన తొలి ఆదివారం కావడంతో భారీగా భక్తులు తరలి వచ్చారు.
