Japan is developing the world's fastest train, the Maglev bullet train, which reached a record speed of 603 km/h (375 mph). This train uses magnetic levitation to float above the tracks, providing an incredibly fast and smooth ride. It is significantly faster than current Maglev trains in Shanghai and South Korea.
