राज्यात 'लाडकी बहीण' योजनेऐवजी आता संजय गांधी निराधार योजनेला अधिक पसंती मिळताना दिसतेय. लाडकी बहीण योजनेसाठी नव्या लाभार्थ्यांची नोंदणी सध्या बंद आहे. दुसरीकडे, निराधार योजनेअंतर्गत दरमहा पात्र लाभार्थ्यांची निवड केली जाते आणि दर महिन्याच्या ५ तारखेला १५०० रुपये लाभार्थ्यांना दिले जातात. अर्ज करणाऱ्या महिलांचे बँक पासबुक तपासले जाते तसेच शासनाच्या इतर वैयक्तिक योजनांचा लाभ घेतला नसल्याचे स्वयंघोषणापत्र घेण्यात येतं.
