भोपाल और ग्वालियर में कार्बाइड पाइप गन पर प्रतिबंध: कार्रवाई तेज़

भोपाल में कार्बाइड पाइप गन से घायल हुए लोगों से मिलने कलेक्टर कौशलेंद्र विक्रम सिंह हमीदिया अस्पताल पहुंचे और उनकी हालत देखी। भोपाल में अब तक 250 से अधिक लोग इस हथियार से घायल हो चुके हैं। देर रात मोहम्मद ताहा को 10 किलो कार्बाइड और 4 पाइप गन के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया। कार्रवाई धारा 4, 5, 9(ख) विस्फोटक अधिनियम 1884 और 288 BNS के तहत की गई। इसी बीच ग्वालियर कलेक्टर रुचिका चौहान ने भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023 की धारा 163 के तहत कार्बाइड गन और अन्य खतरनाक उपकरणों के निर्माण, बिक्री, प्रदर्शन और उपयोग पर पूरी तरह रोक लगा दी। यह आदेश दीपावली के बाद बढ़ते हादसों को देखते हुए जारी किया गया है।
