Bareilly police have issued a three-day traffic alert in the city in anticipation of the famous Chaubari Fair, held on the occasion of Kartik Purnima. Police said special route diversions will be in effect from 8 a.m. on November 3rd to 10 p.m. on November 5th to control vehicular movement around the fair and avoid traffic jams
