Assistant Commissioner of Police Arjun Saxena is an honest and hardworking police officer. Although he pursued a career as a police officer, his younger brother Ajay became a lawyer and came to the aid of criminals arrested by the police, including Arjun. Due to his lack of understanding of both his clients and the law, Ajay has become adept at bending the law to suit his needs. This displeases Arjun, and it pits the two brothers against each other. Ajay, on the other hand, believes his client, Ram, is innocent, while Arjun believes Ram is guilty and deserves to be behind bars. Ultimately, Arjun's honesty earns him a new and powerful enemy in Chakradhar Choudhary. The brothers' relationship is strained, as Ajay falls in love with Chakradhar's daughter, Madhu.
