Zohran Mamdani Elected as New York City's First Muslim Mayor

Democratic candidate Zohran Mamdani has won New York City's mayoral election, defeating independent candidate Andrew Cuomo.
He's the city's first Muslim mayor, the first of South Asian heritage and the first born in Africa.
