Having practiced zen together for 10 years, for them, this discipline goes beyond meditation, it's a culture and a way of life. 🧘‍♀️

Keen to share their enthusiasm with visitors, Sugimoto-san and Clara look forward to welcoming you to Fumonken and sharing their daily life with you. 🤗

The experience lasts between 2 to 3 hours, and besides zazen, you can enjoy a tour of the temple with explanations. 🏯
