VTU students beaten by belgaum police infront of VTU head of

Police at the middle of the night started lathi charging on students sitting on Hunger strike after taking permission from the relevant authorities,among all two students (Pratush & JJ Sharma) were beaten black and blue and there were constant attempt to snatch away and break the camera.
