There are a variety of wrongful death claims; certainly the most common is where someone is killed in an automobile accident or an accident with a tractor trailer. We also see a variety of accidents on the job which are workmen's' compensation cases where someone might fall and injure themselves and subsequently die, or there might be some sort of crush injury where someone is killed. There are industrial accidents, premise accidents, construction accidents. Any situation where as a result of someone's negligence, or if the person is on the job and dies as a result of an injury or an accident, is potentially a wrongful death claim.
