Dubai aiming to become new world media hub

Long known for its oil and business wealth, Dubai has recently turned its eye to something different. One of the Emirates' wealthiest cities, it has offered a tax free area -- known as Dubai Media City -- in an effort to entice the world's media to set up shop.
