I’m working on an excellent career opportunity for a Global Key Account Manager Germany with a global manufacturer of Medical Device Materials for the Medical Device manufacturing markets.
This Fortune 200 parent company is looking for a Global Strategic Key Account Manager in Germany to partner and sell specialty films, printing products, and foils directly to medical device manufacturing customers.
The role offers a competitive base salary (commensurate with experience, around 100-110k Euros base salary or more for the right candidate), annual bonus along with large corporate benefits.
This is a very Strategic role tasked to maintain and grow the customers through Contract Negotiations, Value Added selling proposals, and Executing Strategic plans both at the customer level and internal plant project level. The position is based in Germany. It is responsible for a large multi-million global territory with some key accounts in Germany. The role reports to a Global Sales and Marketing Manager.

The company requires the following experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience is required. MBA is a plus.
• 7-12 years of progressive valued add sales experience of specialty materials for Key Account Contracts, business development experience is a plus.
• Must have Contract Negotiation experience for a minimum of 5 years.
• Proven track record of positive sales results
• Highly effective cross functional influencer, communicator and collaborate.
• Up to 30-40% overnight travel as needed for international trips. No travel at this time due to the pandemic.
• To communicate with Management Team, English is a required language skill.
• To communicate with key customer accounts, fluency in German is a required language skill
