Mayors for Good Governance (M4GG), the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), and the Catholic Church join forces to launch a citizen-led audit system for infrastructure projects on Oct. 24, 2025. DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon said the initiative sought to curb corruption and promote transparency with help from local leaders, parishes, and volunteers. Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong said M4GG has enlisted engineers, lawyers, and civic groups to ensure public accountability in government projects.
