Raffy Tulfo<br /><br />Vilma Arradaza, mother of former beauty queen Acquene Arradaza who was abducted and later found dead in the waters of Tacloban City, pleads for justice and seeks help from Sen. Raffy Tulfo regarding her daughter’s case on Aug. 7, 2025.
