INTERPOL: NOTICES VS DIFFUSIONS

The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service has stated that Former Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley's name was not on Interpol's list.

But according to a former Police Corporal, it doesn't mean that communication was not channeled through Interpol to have him flagged.
