Switzerland & Austria Shift Neutrality: What It Means for Europe 🇪🇺

Switzerland and Austria, two of Europe's last neutral nations, are shifting toward a more flexible form of neutrality.

While both have ruled out joining NATO, they have both recently joined several European defence programmes.
