UP Outsourcing Employees: उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने प्रदेश
के लाखों आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों के हित में दो ऐतिहासिक फैसले लिए हैं। अगर
आप भी यूपी में एक आउटसोर्स कर्मचारी हैं तो यह खबर आपके चेहरे पर मुस्कान
ला देगी। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने लखनऊ में एक उच्च-स्तरीय बैठक में
"उत्तर प्रदेश आउटसोर्स सेवा निगम" (UPCOS) के गठन को मंजूरी दे दी है। इस
निगम का मुख्य उद्देश्य विभिन्न विभागों में काम कर रहे कर्मचारियों को
एजेंसियों के शोषण से बचाना, उनके अधिकारों की रक्षा करना और पूरी
प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता लाना है। सीएम योगी ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए हैं कि
यह निगम कंपनी एक्ट के तहत पंजीकृत होगा, जिसके लिए मुख्य सचिव की
अध्यक्षता में एक बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्टर्स का गठन किया जाएगा। अब तक एजेंसियों
द्वारा कर्मचारियों के वेतन में कटौती और श्रम अधिकारों के हनन की शिकायतें
आम थीं, लेकिन UPCOS के गठन से इन सभी समस्याओं पर लगाम लगेगी। सीएम योगी
ने सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं कि सभी आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों के बैंक खातों में हर
महीने की 5 तारीख को वेतन हर हाल में पहुंचना चाहिए। वहीं निगम के माध्यम
से होने वाली सभी नियुक्तियों में SC, ST, OBC, EWS, महिला, दिव्यांग और
पूर्व सैनिकों के लिए आरक्षण की व्यवस्था भी लागू होगी।
