DEMERIT POINT SYSTEM TO BE SCRAPPED

The Demerit Point System, which has caused some uproar, but which has also been hailed as a tool by the former PNM Administration and the TTPS to curb irresponsible behaviour on the nation's roads, will eventually be scrapped.
