Devastating Missile Strike in Sumy: 21 Dead and Dozens Wounded 🚨

Emergency workers operate at site of missile strike in Sumy

At least 21 people were killed and 83 others were wounded by a Russian ballistic missile strike in the heart of the northern Ukrainian city of Sumy on Sunday, April 13, morning, Ukraine's interior minister Ihor Klymenko said.

Sumy's Regional Military Administration released video showing the immediate aftermath of the strike. Bodies of wounded and dead were seen lying on the streets as fires engulfed cars.

Ukraine and Russia agreed to pause strikes on each other's energy facilities last month, but both sides have repeatedly accused each other of breaking the moratorium.
