France and UK to dispatch joint team to Kyiv

French President Emmanuel Macron has announced a joint Franco-British mission will head to Ukraine to "prepare the structure of what the Ukrainian army of tomorrow will look like.”

Macron made the comments during a press briefing following the Ukraine Security summit in Paris.
