Fighting Maroons tame Lady Bulldogs in 5-setter

Bella Belen and the defending champs NU Lady Bulldogs suffer an upset 24-26, 25-23, 25-17, 23-25, 12-15 in the hands of the UP Fighting Maroons in the UAAP Season 87 women's volleyball tournament at the FilOil EcoOil Center on March 26, 2025. Belen, the reigning MVP, pumped 21 points, 13 digs, and 12 receptions for league-leading NU which lost for the first time this season. Fifth seed UP improved to 4-5.
