A couple's culinary journey to success

Dr. Gerry and Grace Manalo's culinary journey began at their modest garage where they provided home-cooked meals to students from nearby boarding houses. What started as a small initiative began to grow as word spread about their delicious food and warm hospitality. Soon the expansion included their living room until on Feb. 8, 2005, Genaro was born, which stood for more than just a diner. Manalo, a city health officer in Santiago, Isabela, and Grace, a pharmacist, weathered the challenges of the business as they raised their five children to continue a legacy built on hard work and commitment.
