Step 1: Create a New Project
Open Revit and click New under the Models section.
Select a Template (e.g., Architectural, Structural, or Mechanical).
Click OK to open a new project file.
Step 2: Set Up Levels
Levels define the different floors or heights in a Revit project.

Method 1: Using the Elevation View
Go to the Elevation View:

In the Project Browser, under Elevations, double-click South, North, East, or West.
Create a New Level:

Go to the Architecture Tab → Datum Panel → Click Level (Shortcut: LL).
Click to draw a new level parallel to the existing ones.
Adjust Level Height:

Select the level and enter the desired height in the Properties Palette.
Rename the Level (Optional):

Click on the level name and rename it (e.g., "First Floor" or "Roof").
When prompted, update associated views.
Method 2: Copying Existing Levels
Select an existing level.
Use the Copy or Array tool to create additional levels at equal heights.
Step 3: Check and Modify Levels in Plan Views
Open Floor Plans or Ceiling Plans under the Project Browser.
If a new level doesn’t appear, right-click Floor Plans → New View → Plan View → Select Missing Levels.
Tips:
✔ Use Reference Planes to align levels properly.
✔ Adjust the View Range if levels are not visible.
✔ For large projects, set up Worksets to manage levels efficiently.
