The National AI Office is looking into developing AI solutions in five areas, transport, health, agriculture, SMEs, MSMEs, and government digital services, says Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo.
Speaking at the launch of 5G Advanced on Tuesday (Feb 4), Gobind said the office is identifying challenges in these sectors and leveraging AI to address them, adding that a three-month timeline has been set for this initiative.
Meanwhile, Digital Nasional Berhad chief executive officer Datuk Azman Ismail highlighted that 5G Advanced will offer improved network reliability and reduced latency, which are critical for applications requiring real-time responses.
