Minister of Sport Clarifies Gymnastics Position Amid Parent Concerns 🏅

Minister of Sport Shamfa Cudjoe-Lewis has responded to complaints by parents who were told by the Trinidad and Tobago Gymnastics Federation that they would be required to foot the entire bill for their participation at the Carifta Championships at the end of the month. It comes after some of the parents of the 52 athletes have been struggling to come up with the 25 thousand dollar budget for the tournament. The Minister set the record straight regarding their position on the TTGF and what clubs can do when applying for funding in the future.
