"Intermission" is about Vera, who sits alone at a metro station, lost in her thoughts, when something unexpected happens—a giant talking chicken appears beside her. The Chicken isn’t just any strange figure; it represents the reflections of Vera's past. Through their conversation, Vera starts to confront her doubts, fears, and the heavy choices she has made. The Chicken forces her to see things from a new perspective, helping her question what’s been holding her back and what it really means to be free.

Set against the backdrop of a busy metro station, this short film blends heartfelt moments, humor, and the introspective reflections we all experience when we’re at a crossroads. Will Vera let go of her past and move forward, or remain stuck in place? Join us for this unusual but deeply human story about letting go, embracing change, and finding the courage to move on
