「凱米」颱風從午夜開始風雨加大，造成濁水溪溪口暴漲，彰化縣大城鄉頂庄哨所前堤岸在今（25日）早上出現溢堤狀況，大城鄉公所決定將鄰近出海口的台西村、頂庄村2村共約1400名居民全部撤離，不過水位持續高漲，下午又將漲潮，因此擴大撤離範圍，將沿岸山腳、潭墘、台西、頂庄、永和、公館等六村約4423人撤到西港
