Biden and Trump Supporters Differ in Media Sources, with Traditional Media Consumers Key for Biden

A new NBC News poll found Biden and Trump supporters are sharply divided in the media sources they consume for political news. Biden has a clear advantage among voters who get news from newspapers and national TV networks, while Trump does best among voters who don't follow political news. Third-party candidates also poll better among those who don't follow the news or use digital/social media the most. Biden's appeal among traditional media consumers, who form a more reliable voting bloc and make up 59% of those who voted in 2020 and 2022, suggests he has an advantage with these voters.
