民眾黨團今（20）日上午提案要求明日加開院會，邀請行政院長陳建仁到立法院進行「食安問題專案報告」，該案無異議逕付二讀後，民眾黨團下午4時以「最速件」發函予各單位，要求今日下午4時30分進行協商，不過最後協商現場僅有民眾黨團幹事長吳春城及國民黨團書記長洪孟楷出席，最後協商不成，宣告破局。
