Secretary General of the International Maritime Organization, Arsenio Dominguez, emphasizes the importance of dialogue among all parties to calm tensions in the Red Sea amid ongoing attacks by Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi rebels on cargo ships bound for Israel, which they claim are in solidarity with Palestinians amidst the Israel-Hamas conflict in Gaza.
